Joe Fullington is currently the Dean of the School of Business and Transportation division at Gateway Technical College. He is also the owner of 1440 A Day, which is a motivational speaking company that focuses on bullying in K-12 and the workforce. He is a national award winner at the National Collegiate Sales Competition at Kennesaw State University where he has proven his professional speaking ability.  

Joe's story and passion for helping people is seen in the way he lives his life. Working in the education system is the best way to give students the resources they need to be successful in life. He believes that we must treat each other with respect and dignity because we never know what battle someone may be experiencing now.

His wife and three kids’ "belief in the work he does" is reflected in their commitment to give back and to help others. With all the violence happening in the world, Joe believes that it is a worthwhile step in the right direction to make even a small impact by getting his message out. Because of the bullying which has impacted Joe's life, he is helping others to stop bullying. Life is a journey and we are not alone. All we have to do is ask for help.

A journey to true, deep-rooted forgiveness is a hard journey to venture into, leaving many to wonder if they are even willing to go that far. Going much deeper than the simple words of "I forgive" these stories and teachings will show you how to look at forgiveness differently.
