Jen has worked in the real estate industry for over 24 years. She has been an active sales agent, built, run, and coached top-producing real estate teams, and has served as a Team Leader of three different Keller Williams Market Centers over the span of 12 years.

Jen finds great fulfillment in coaching real estate professionals from coast to coast as they grow their businesses, attract and lead talent to their teams, and build wealth through implementing systems while creating balance in their lives. A highly motivated leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, she is driven to succeed and inspires others to reach their highest potential.

Outside of work, Jen and her husband, James, pastor a church in Woodbury, MN. There she leads worship, writes, and teaches Bible studies.

When not leading her real estate office, coaching her agents, or leading worship in church, Jen spends her time fulfilling the most significant role of her life: Wife to James and Mom of their four beautiful children - the most important people in her life.
