For more than 30 years, he has signed both the front and back of each paycheck he earned. He founded Real Estate Champions and Sales Champions in 1998. Both recognized as leading organizations in sales training and coaching in the business to consumer selling fields.

Dirk is one of the most sought after speakers in success, time management, peak performance, and sales in the world. He has presented worldwide to hundreds of thousands of entrepreneurs, salespeople, and senior executives. Dirk has been awarded the CSP, Certified Speaking Professional award from the National Speakers Association. Only 11% of speakers achieve this.

Dirk has authored more than eleven best selling books on sales, success, productivity, and time management including; Your First Year in Real Estate, The Champion Real Estate Agent, and Dummies® books; Success as a Real Estate Agent, Telephone Sales, Successful Time Management, and Success Habits for Dummies®.

Dirk counts his most significant achievement to be a successful marriage of 29 years to his wife, Joan. He is blessed by his two adopted children, Wesley and Annabelle. He and his family reside in Bend, Oregon.
