Chris has a passion for young people that took flight in 2001 when he was hired by Premier, A School Specialty Company's Planning and Student Development division as a Sales Consultant to schools in Virginia, West Virginia, Kentucky and Tennessee. His consulting work helped implement programs into many schools that included "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens", "The Leader In Me" and "The Go Program" among others. Chris specialized in teacher-focused in-services and staff development. Twice, Chris was named to the President's Club by Premier for achieving higher than projected sales goals.

Chris's passion is to help people achieve their potential through encouragement, vision and through their faith in God. He believes that the best way to achieve this is to be honest, but in a loving way.
